According to HawaiiNewsNow Chris Leben was allegedly driving under the influence on the freeway when he lost control and crashed into an off-ramp wall. Police say the incident happened a little before 2:00am on Tuesday. Leben did post bail for $1,000. Reports says Leben was also driving without a license and no insurance. Leben is schedule for court on Nov. 22. This is not the first time Leben has been arrested for a DUI. No word yet if this is going to affect his up-coming fight with Brian Stann on Jan. 1 for UFC 125.
