Stefan Struve signs new deal

Heavyweight Stefan Struve signed a new four-fight deal with UFC as of yesterday.
The 22-year-old Dutch fighter Struve (20-4 MMA, 4-2 UFC) last fight was at UFC 117 where he knocked out Christian Morecraft and bounced back from a TKO loss courtesy of Roy Nelson in UFC Fight Night 21.

  1. I was reading about this yesterday! Pretty exciting to throw another heavyweight contender into the mix!

  2. I don't know man. Todd duffy was a much more exciting prospect and he got cut. Stefan sucks. If only he knew how to use his reach and height to his advantage. But he's young, so I guess he's got time to get better. Still though, he's a long way's away from the top.

  3. Duffee was a dud dude he got knocked the fuck out his last fight by some guy that looked like he just gave birth to triplets. In a fans point of view it is always good to see another possible contender get thrown in. He has 4 fights to prove hisself let's see what happens

  4. Struve gets his ass kicked in all if his fights and has lost against the 2 big opponents he faced. Duffee got the fastest knockout in ufc history and was completely outboxing his opponent until he got caught late on the third out of nowhere. Duffee was already celebrating his decision victory and got KOed because of it. He would've definitely put on a better fight against junior dis wants and big country than Struve did. I didn't question the cut of duffee too much until I heard about Struve's new deal. We'll see. I'd like to see kongo/Struve.
